"Anyone who says that winning isn't everything has never had to fight cancer"
That is one of my favorite quotes. My grandfather fought cancer 12 years ago and won, and I cannot tell you enough how happy I am that he has stayed in remission ever since!
I hate cancer. Who doesn't? Just recently several beautiful souls in my community have lost their battles with cancer and it is heartbreaking. Cancer does not discriminate. It does not care if you are young, old, male, female, white, black, married, single, etc.
And now cancer has chosen to disrupt the life of a young, single, mother named Tiffany. Her friends have set-up a Facebook support page that you can "like" HERE. She has been diagnosed with Acute Leukemia and she needs our help desperately! Her insurance is terrible and she has a little girl to take care of as well.
This is a link to a site that you can use to donate securely to help Tiffany. Please donate what you can even if its just $1 it will help!
Imagine if something like this were to God forbid happen to you and you were literally relying on the kindness of strangers. I think we're all each other's guardian angels.
Hey lady....cancer sucks...so, so bad. My grandpa died from it and I have loved ones the same age as me fighting against it.
