I bought a crock pot 2 weeks ago and I am OBSESSED!! Totally crossed over. I've started c25k...Couch to 5k. I'm hoping I get to 1k in all honestly. I've half-assed it this week but hey at least its some form of activity. I SERIOUSLY don't get how anyone could enjoy working out on a regular basis. I've never stuck with it long enough to enjoy it. Here's to transforming my body and my mind!
